Des Harris

Culinary Director at Hilton Auckland, and multi award winning New Zealand Chef, Des Harris is at the helm of our iconic harbour-side restaurant. Des is all about elevating flavour, intensity and texture of everyday ingredients, incorporating mix of modern and primal cooking techniques, and adding an abundance of freshness, acidity and touches of savoury umami characteristics.

Wine Tasting

An urban wine tasting experience, designed to give you a taste of the finest wines from around the globe as you dine in our waterfront restaurant. Enjoy six wines perfectly paired with six snacks, a fun, informative and memorable experience.
