Unleash your creativity to become a raw fish master

Under the guidance of FISH Restaurant’s top chefs, spend time learning about the intricacies of filleting fish, pairing fresh flavours together and plating a restaurant-worthy dish.

You’ll start with a demonstration of our Raw Market Fish entrée, with oka taro puree, mango, taro crisp and tiger milk, a dish inspired by Executive Chef Wallace Mua’s Pacific roots.

Step by step, you’ll learn the key elements and styles of sashimi in an intimate group setting, using premium ingredients and picking the brains of our Chef all the way through.

The 45 minute masterclass includes your own sashimi entrée creation, followed by a main and dessert from FISH’s delicious set menu below |$119 per person

Whether you’re looking for a fun date night or an excuse for a social get together, the Sashimi Masterclass is available to book for groups of 2-10 on Thursday and Friday evenings from 6.30pm. Smaller bookings may be grouped together for a maximum of 10 people per session. 48 hours booking notice and prepayment required.
