Minx and Clark Estate Winemaker’s Dinner

Our third and most unique dinner yet in the series of Winemaker’s Dinners is almost here. FISH Restaurant will be joining Clark Estate Wines and Minx with their new collaboration and wine release on Thursday 28 September. Clark Estate and Minx have partnered up to create a beautifully practical wine tote which will pair seamlessly with Clark Estate’s soon to be launched Pinot Noir Rose. The Minx Rose Gold Leather Wine Tote is designed to be a solution for fashion forward ladies who want to carry wine as well as the essentials, the perfect opportunity to team up with an award winning brand.

Clark Estate’s Chief Winemaker Simon Clark himself will join the dinner to guide you through a selection of premium wines, some of which are yet to be released to the market. To warm up your taste buds, the latest Pinot Noir will be available to be sampled – prepared straight from the barrel prior to the event. Clark Estate also have a beautiful Methode Traditionelle Riesling in the making, which will be ready for you to taste.

To top it off, all these new releases will be paired with a delicious five course meal by our Head Chef Fraser Shenton. This will be a night full of exclusives and many delicacies, which is not to be missed.
