Clark Estate’s Chief Winemaker Simon Clark himself will join the dinner to guide you through a selection of premium wines, some of which are yet to be released to the market. To warm up your taste buds, the latest Pinot Noir will be available to be sampled – prepared straight from the barrel prior to the event. Clark Estate also have a beautiful Methode Traditionelle Riesling in the making, which will be ready for you to taste.
To top it off, all these new releases will be paired with a delicious five course meal by our Head Chef Fraser Shenton. This will be a night full of exclusives and many delicacies, which is not to be missed.
